We also assist our client in drafting of bid documents including RFQs, RFPs, Concession Agreements, GCC, SCC, etc. We have experience in dealing with disputes arising out of complex and intricate commercial contracts, particularly related to highways, refineries, metro rail, power, etc. Our Team has handled several prominent domestic arbitrations, court matters and have obtained favorable orders/ landmark judgments in this Sector.
The firm also has expertise in handling real estate transactions including those involving FDI and has in the past provided advisory with respect to residential and commercial real estate projects in India.
We regularly represent home-buyers, owners, builders and developers before RERA; National Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and other courts/ forums in disputes involving Home Buyer’s Agreement, Turnkey Projects Agreements, Development Agreement, Purchase or sale contracts, mortgage on secured loans including foreclosure, Management and operating agreements, Ownership structures and Title matters, Commercial leases, project and construction related agreements.
